Chappell Helicopters is owned and managed by Tommy Chappell - a 1989 graduate of the U.S. Army Initial Entry Rotary Wing Flight School. Tommy’s aviation career includes flying Hurricane Relief Operations, Military and Civilian Medical-Evac Services, Drug Eradication, and Department of Energy Para Military Operations.
Tommy is the school’s primary flight instructor and believes his real world experience and one-on-one instruction ensure that each student receives safe and quality flight training.
